Slate is the perfect material for serving cheese on, keeping it just the right temperature to be properly savoured. If you would like to write the names of each individual cheese on the board, all our boards can be written on with chalk, just wipe clean with a damp cloth after use.

All our slate pieces are cut by hand with a 150 year old slaters knife by Ed Hammond in our Dublin studio meaning each piece is completely unique. Our beautiful natural slate pieces all have their own individually textured surface being uniquely ridged or veined and are backed with felt feet to prevent slippage.
