Orders are normally dispatched within 5-7 working days of receipt of your order.
Please note an 7-10 working day dispatch time applies to all personalised items.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
We ship all products with DHL Express, a registered service that requires a signature on delivery. If there is no-one home, DHL will send you a text notification and will reschedule your delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email with the tracking link.

Duties or Taxes
For orders within Ireland and countries within the European Union Customs Union, there are no additional charges. For the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges. You will be notified of these charges by our shipping partner DHL.
Breakages or Damage
Here at SLATED we try to the best of our abilities for your product to arrive in perfect condition, packed in our sustainable packaging. If a piece does arrive broken or damaged, please contact us, with a photograph (for our courier) within 7 days. The item will be replaced by SLATED to the address of the purchase. See also here.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we will exchange or refund a item returned within 14 days with which you are not happy with, as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact with no obvious signs of use.
Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of postage from your post office or courier service. If the return is the result of an error by SLATED, we will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable.
